AMM   provides the following   financial   management   services :

  • Financial Analysis - analyze returns and   capital requirements for your new   investment
  • Budgeting and Forecasting - set up a budgetary and forecasting systems for your business, which can be used to manage the performance of your business  and to   project periodic cashflow requirements
  • Due Diligence - perform independent due diligence review on the target business that you wish to acquire
  • Business   Valuation - value your business for potential sales   and give advices on how to improve the value of your business

  

Should you be interested in our financial management services ,  please call us or send an e-mail to us for a complimentary initial meeting. Upon your request, we will :

  • contact you within the next three business days;
  • conduct an initial meeting between us and your company;
  • draft a proposal with estimated charges and required time   within 5 business days after the initial meeting;
  • upon your written approval of our proposal, we will start the project and will endeavor to finish the project within the estimated time frame;
  • organize a closing meeting with you to review our findings with you;
  • normally, we would require 50% payment of the total estimated fee as upfront deposits and the other 50% payment will be due upon completion of the project.
